We offer free shipping pan India for all orders over Rs.1000. For orders below Rs.1000, we charge Rs.150 for delivery.
We add ice and insulation to ensure your chocolate arrives in perfect condition. We ship the orders on business days Monday thru Thursday to prevent the package from sitting idle at the courier.
Despatch is via Delivery priority courier. You will receive a tracking number so you can follow your order and receive an estimate of delivery day. These policies are to ensure your chocolate reaches you in good condition.
Unfortunately we do not have total control on the shipping carrier that we use. Hence, we are not responsible for any delays or mishandling by the shipping carrier. We reserve the right to change shipping methods at any time without notice.
We do not accept returns. Chocolates are not refundable since they are a food item.
International Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping for orders above $100 USD. The dispatch time for international orders in 5-10 days.
For orders below $100 USD, shipping costs approximately $15 USD.
SOKLET is not to be held responsible for any custom duties, VAT fees or charges levied on the shipment. This will have to be paid by the customer. We do not control and are not liable for any additional taxes or charges levied by your country on imports (as a buyer, you are considered an importer).
