We add ice and insulation to ensure your chocolate arrives in perfect condition. We ship the orders on business days Monday thru Thursday to prevent the package from sitting idle at the courier.
Despatch is via Delivery priority courier. You will receive a tracking number so you can follow your order and receive an estimate of delivery day. These policies are to ensure your chocolate reaches you in good condition.
Unfortunately we do not have total control on the shipping carrier that we use. Hence, we are not responsible for any delays or mishandling by the shipping carrier. We reserve the right to change shipping methods at any time without notice.
We do not accept returns. Chocolates are not refundable since they are a food item.
